Our domestic solar PV and battery installation agreement sets out your order, payment terms, installation responsibilities, warranties and cancellation information.

Before you decide

You receive a written quotation identifying your equipment, system specification, total price and installation scope. Read it alongside the contract, key information and cancellation notice before signing.

Payment

For self-funded installations, the standard schedule is 25% deposit after signing and 75% on completion after commissioning and handover. Finance terms, where separately arranged, are set out in the lender’s agreement.

Changes and approvals

The technical survey and network requirements may affect your design. We explain any material change to the proposed work, price or programme and obtain agreement before elective additional work proceeds.

Your rights

Your signed order, quotation and agreement contain the terms applicable to your installation. This website does not place an order or replace those documents. Nothing in our terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
